A leader must be informed of the issues. Must have a clear understanding of how government works; the different levels, federal, state, county, cities, authorities, school board, courts, Taxes who pays that to whom for what. Democracy works under the rule of law, This is the skill to find the correct information.

Walking the walk, not just talking the talk 
Hi Team, I like what I am reading. The common sense principles should also include elements of social and emotional intelligence, often absent in traditional notions of leadership and day to day operations and decision making. Also, it would be great to include some lessons on persuasion and communication. Happy to help design some of this.
